GREG CHAMISH, Broker/Owner

Greg Chamish graduated from The University of Alabama School of Business with an MBA focused on marketing and finance. Since graduating, he has owned and served as president of several real estate companies. He has extensive experience in real estate investing and residential and commercial real estate sales.
Greg’s current career as a Broker and co-owner of Black Dog Realty focuses on bringing all aspects of his experience in marketing, construction, finance, and real estate together to offer his clients the highest level of professionalism and real estate knowledge.
Greg currently lives in Glen Arm, Maryland with his wife Jennifer. His son, Zachary, is studying engineering at Hobart University, and his daughter, Emily, will be attending Harvard University in the fall of 2023.
Greg enjoys spending time with his family and helping in the community. Greg is in the top 4% of all Realtors in Baltimore and the surrounding counties.
JOE FARINETTI, Realtor/Owner

Joe Farinetti was raised on the water in Eastern Baltimore County with his three older sisters. He attended Perry Hall High, then went to play lacrosse at UMBC, and later graduated from the French Culinary Institute of New York City. Joe moved to Harford County in 2002 and has been a proud resident of the county since.
Joe loves spending time with his two boys, whether it’s watching them play sports or hitting a local fishing hole. Most nights and weekends, you can find him at a local field. Joe is also an assistant coach for his son’s team, The Blue Claws Lacrosse Club, based in Bel Air.
Joe also enjoys spending time at Everlasting Fitness in Abingdon, where he is also a CrossFit coach and whipping up meals in the kitchen.
Joe’s passion is trying to find homes for all the rescue dogs possible. He is a big supporter of local animal rescue shelters, and he tried to foster a puppy 2 years ago, which lasted 15 minutes before he gave her a ‘furever’ home. Nera is a cherished member of the family.
Joe is a proud owner and Realtor of Black Dog Realty and is in the top 5% of Harford County and Baltimore Realtors based on his sales production.
